This notice explains how we handle the legal side of your account in India: who can access it, what data we store, how requests are verified and what happens when a rule changes. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits.

If a state rule differs from the main policy, the tighter rule applies. We use payment labels such as UPI, Paytm and PhonePe here only because they can touch verification, reversals and record keeping. That means the same account checks apply whether a request reaches us
